Hi folks. I hope that your training is going well despite the heat and that you're getting ready for the upcoming racing season.
It is time to pull together the content for the October issue of the ARC newsletter. If you got some training tips or a story to share, send me a note and we can get it in the newsletter. The materials for the October issue go to the publisher on Sept 1st, but ideas and submissions are always welcome.

There is still time to get your stories, tips or notices into the newsletter. End of the week. I know that many of you folks are training away, and a bunch more are tearing it up at local races. Let's hear about it!

We're smack dab in the middle of racing season. The weather is great (except for one darn day in San Antonio). And Thanksgiving is nearly upon us. Embrace the spirit of sharing and sent in your race reports, training tips or other interesting stories for the January 2010 (gosh, 2010 already?) issue of the ARC newsletter and Inside Texas Running magazine. We've had a number of great new contributors this year, surely you have something to tell us. I need to submit our content to ITR on December 1st, so feel free to post here or send me a PM if you have any questions or ideas.
